President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have strongly condemned the brutal killing of labourers in Panjgur, Balochistan.

In his message of condolence, the President expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the tragic incident.

The president called for effective action against terrorist elements targeting labourers and said that targeting of innocent labourers and civilians is a brutal and condemnable act.

In his statement, the Prime Minister also strongly condemned killing of labourers.

He summoned a report from the Balochistan chief minister and directed him of taking all possible measures to bring the culprits to book.

The prime minister directed for the best treatment of those injured in the incident.

Condoling with the bereaved families of the deceased, he said these innocent labourers constructing a house and such gruesome attack on them is highly condemnable.

He also reiterated the resolve to root out all kind of terrorism from the country.
