Caretaker Punjab Minister for Industries and Commerce SM Tanveer says China is a time-tested friend of Pakistan.

Addressing a seminar in Lahore on Sunday, he invited Chinese Companies to invest in Special Economic Zones of the Punjab.

He said that the first phase of CPEC has been completed and the industrialization process of the second phase initiated.

The Chinese Consul General in Lahore Zhao Shiren said China Pakistan Economic Corridor is playing a vital role in the development the region.
