Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very cold in hilly areas during morning/night hours during the next twelve hours.

Frost is also likely at isolated places in upper parts during morning hours. Smog/ Moderate to dense fog is likely to persist in most plain areas of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and central Sindh during morning/night hours.

According to weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, very cold and partly cloudy weather is expected  in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula, while cold and dry in Jammu and very cold with chances of light rain and snow in Leh.
