Met office forecasts rain in most parts of country

Rain-wind-thundershower (with isolated heavy falls) is expected in Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Punjab, Gilgit Baltistan & northeast Balochistan during the next twelve hours.  

However, hot and humid weather is likely to prevail elsewhere in the country.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad and Muzaffarabad twenty-three degree centigrade, Lahore thirty, Karachi twenty-eight, Peshawar twenty-seven, Quetta twenty-two, Gilgit nineteen and Murree sixteen degree centigrade.             

According to Met Office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chance of rain-wind thunderstorm is expected across the territory.

Temperature recorded this morning: Srinagar, Pulwama and Shopian sixteen degree centigrade, Jammu twenty-five, Leh eight and Anantnag and Baramula fifteen degree centigrade.
