Raza Muhammad Khan (Defense Analyst): The attacks in Balochistan and other areas of Pakistan are highly condemnable. Unfortunately, the hands of hostile agencies are involved in such cowardly acts. Modi-government has a clear agenda of destabilizing Pakistan through terrorist acts. There are elements in Pakistan that supported by Indian agency RAW to launch such attacks in Pakistan. Recently, there was news that Afghan government arrested over a hundred persons involved in terrorist attacks in neighboring countries, including Pakistan. All our security agencies are working diligently to root out the menace of terrorism from the country. However, the primary responsibility of security forces is in border areas. Provincial counter terrorism departments have major responsibility to thwart terrorist attacks in cooperation with federal authorities.
