President Pakistan Muslim League-Q Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain called on Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser in Islamabad on Monday.

They discussed overall political and economic situation and issues of mutual interest.

Speaker Asad Qaiser said the election of Moonis Elahi and Chaudhry Salik as members of national assembly is testament of the trust posed on leadership of PML-Q by people of their constituencies.

He said Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has always done politics of decency and principles.

The Speaker said all political forces need to join hands to overcome the challenges faced by the country.

Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain said the steps taken by the incumbent government under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan to make the country stand on its own feet are appreciable.
