NLC organized Phander Winter Sports Festival in the Ghizer district of Gilgit-Baltistan.

It was aimed at promoting traditional sports and tourism in the region.

Apart from participants from Gilgit-Baltistan, people from other parts of the country also attended the event.

This sports festival not only provided entertainment to the local population but also generated social and economic activities.
