NAB Rawalpindi has filed a reference against former Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz. 

The reference pertains to illegal appointment of Basharat Hassan Bashir as consultant. It says Bashir was appointed by contravening rules and regulations and laws.

The reference also nominates former Minister of Water and Power Liaquat Ali Jatoi.
