Mirza Ikhtiyar Baig (Economist): Top most priority of the Prime Minister is to facilitate the poor segments of society who are living below poverty line. Special Assistant to the Prime Minister, Dr. Sania Nishtar has worked very hard for data collection and addressing the issues of the poor people. Cash assistance was provided to the masses during pandemic so that people could fight the increasing inflation in the country. Meanwhile, the government also initiated a number of projects aimed to facilitate the common man. Kamyab Jawan Program is one of the initiatives of the government through which finances and loans are being provided to people to help them start their own businesses. The banks have been advised to allocate funds in this regard. Today, Prime Minister inaugurated yet another program i.e. Ehsaas Riayat Rashan Program which is aimed at providing maximum benefits to the poor.
