Kashmiri people are thankful to the government of Pakistan for highlighting Kashmir issue on all international forums. Moreover, the Prime Minister announced a massive relief package for the people of AJK despite the critical economic situation in the country. The foreign minister in the OIC conference in Gambia also highlighted the Kashmir issue. During the visit of Iranian President to Pakistan, the leadership of Iran and Pakistan reaffirmed their commitment to strive for the peaceful solution to Kashmir issue in accordance with UN resolutions. In his visit to AJK, Shehbaz Sharif directed the concerned ministers to ensure close collaboration with Kashmiri leadership. On the other hand, the entire Hurriyet leadership in IIOJ&K has been kept under house arrest and the Indian forces have turned the entire Kashmir valley into world’s largest prison.
