Pakistan shares a long border with Afghanistan and border management is the responsibility of both the countries. The fact is that Afghanistan is not fulfilling its responsibility in securing the border and stopping the cross border movement of the militants. These militants have safe havens in Afghanistan and use Afghan soil for terrorist activities in Pakistan. The civil administration, police and other organizations must also have to play a proactive role in combating terrorism. India is openly facilitating these militants in promoting terrorism. The nexus of RAW and NDS are trying to destabilize Pakistan by all means. The militants have no religion and they prefer their interests.
