The incumbent government under the leadership of Shahbaz Sharif is working hard to improve the economic conditions in the country especially PM is very much committed and keen to attract foreign investments from brotherly countries like KSA, UAE and Qatar.

The relations between the Pakistan and Qatar are very longstanding and deep rooted. The recent visit of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is very welcoming and important. The incumbent government under the leadership of Shahbaz Sharif is working hard to improve the economic conditions in the country especially PM is very much committed and keen to attract foreign investments from brotherly countries like KSA, UAE and Qatar. To further facilitate the foreign investors the government has also changes several rules to make the process more simple and hassle free. There are many Qatari investments in Pakistan in important sectors such as agriculture, information, and communication technology and the financial sector, Insurance, and real estate, along with others. Furthermore, both brotherly countries share common point of views on several regional and global issues including Palestine and Kashmir issue. Pakistan appreciates the Qatari role as a mediator in conflict resolution especially those confronting the Muslim world.
