After the 1965 and 1971 wars, when sanctions were imposed on our country, we looked towards China and the good thing is that China is always willing for transfer of the technology. Pakistan offers enormous opportunities for profitable investments, joint ventures and trade in all sectors including the defense industry. Modern technologies are playing a vital role in confronting modern-day security challenges and their responsible use can make the world a better and safer place. It is good development that Pakistan’s defense industry has now reached the threshold of quality and reliability, wherein, its products are competing in the international defense market.
