The Federal Cabinet approved Prime Minister's financial relief package to deal with the adverse impact of the Corona virus outbreak on the country's economy.

Participating in Radio Pakistan Islamabad Program Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Dr. Sania Nishtar has said SMS service 8171 is being launched this evening to enable the deserving families to benefit from Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program.

The Special Assistant said the deserving families desiring to benefit from the program should send their national identity cards on the SMS code 8171, which will be activated today in the evening.

Ehsaas Program has started ration registration form for needy persons and donors, this system will be fully operative within two days, she said 35000 thousand people and 628 donors so far contacted for ration platform.
