In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, occupation troops, in their fresh act of state terrorism, martyred one Kashmiri youth in Kathua district today.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the youth was martyred by Indian troops during a cordon-and-search operation in the Panjtirthi area of the district. 

Earlier, Indian troops in their brutal operations martyred five Kashmiris during the last month.  

According to data released by the Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, two of the victims were killed in a fake encounter.

During the month, several detainees were booked under black laws designed to silence dissent and prolong illegal detentions.
