In Uzbekistan, people have overwhelmingly voted in favour of Constitutional Referendum.
Addressing press conference in Tashkent on Monday, Chairman of Central Election Commission Zayniddin Makhamatovich Nizomkhojayev said 90.21 percent of votes were polled in favor of the new legislation.
He said the polling turnout was above 90 percent in all 14 regions including Tashkent, Samarkand and other rural areas in which all classes participated.
