In a statement in Srinagar today, APHC spokesman said the Modi regime has created an atmosphere of fear and terror in the territory to intimidate the Kashmiris into submission.

Meanwhile, senior APHC leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has asked India to adopt an inclusive and realistic approach to solve the Kashmir dispute through dialogue. Talking to newsmen in Srinagar, he said APHC believes in dialogue for resolution of Kashmir dispute.
