Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko says he is working with his Turkish counterpart to arrange meeting between Russian and Ukraine Presidents. 

Speaking after his country's Security Council meeting in Minsk, he mentioned the first talks that recently took place between delegations from Russia and Ukraine which ended without any breakthrough.
