Director General Hajj Abrar Ahmad Mirza says Saudi government has improved the services at Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah to facilitate pilgrims during Hajj this year.
Talking to Radio Pakistan’s special correspondent Ijaz Hussain in Makkah on Saturday, he said that Pakistan Hajj Mission has made elaborate arrangements to transport intending pilgrims from Pakistan to Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafat, and train them for Hajj rituals.
The Director Hajj said A-category residential buildings have been acquired for housing of Pakistani intending pilgrims near Haram.
Replying to a question, he said acquiring residential buildings near Haram in Makkah and Madina after a span of 11 years is an extraordinary achievement.
To another question regarding Road to Makkah project, Abrar Ahmad Mirza said Saudi authorities have visited Karachi and Lahore airports to include these in the project.
