Light traffic has been restored on Karakorum Highway between Chilas and Gilgit.

The road was blocked last night due to landsliding at twelve points in Tatta Pani, Raikot and Lal Padi areas.

Deputy Commissioner Diamer Saad Ibn Asad said the road will be re-opened for heavy traffic till tomorrow.
