Italy has expressed readiness to further enhance cultivation of palm in Chakwal besides making investment in livestock and dairy projects of Punjab.

During a meeting with the Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz in Lahore today, Italian Ambassador to Pakistan Marilina Armellin highlighted potential of cooperation between the two countries in tourism, textile, leather and marble sectors amongst others.

On her part, Maryam Nawaz assured to provide every possible facility to Italian investors.
