In India, seven persons, including six women, were killed after portion of a limestone mine collapsed on them in Bastar district of Chhattisgarh on Friday.

Separately, four people were charred to death in collision between a lorry and an oil tanker in Andhra Pradesh.

According to the police, the accident took place on the Chennai-Kolkata national highway in the wee hours today.
