Ambreen Jan, the Deputy Director General Press Information Department, took additional charge as Director General Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation today (Tuesday).

She toured around all sections of PBC to get orientation on their working. 

In the News and Current Affairs section, she visited General News Room, Web desk, Reporting, Monitoring and Current Affairs Sections and interacted with staff working there.

Director News and Current Affairs Abdul Hadi Mayar briefed the new Director General about performance of different sections of News and Current Affairs and Social Media.

The Director General appreciated the dedication and hard work of staff in dispensing their professional assignments.
