In Tajikistan, ruling People's Democratic Party has won 50.4 percent of the vote in the parliamentary election.

According to preliminary results announced by Chairman Central Election Commission Bakhtiyor Khudoyorzoda, the People's Democratic Party led by President Emomali Rahmon has secured 12 out of 22 seats in general constituencies.
