The Punjab Cabinet Standing Committee on Finance and Development has approved 10 development projects worth 12.25 billion rupees.
According to a spokesman for the Chief Minister Secretariat, these projects include construction of a flyover in Karim Block Allama Iqbal Town Lahore at a cost of 2.20 billion rupees; procurement of Electromedical Equipment for Neurosurgery Department of Mayo Hospital at a cost of 350 million rupees; construction of 30 km long Mianwali-Sargodha Road to Wan Bhachran with 70 million rupees; construction of Assistant Commissioner's residence and Tehsil Complex at Kot Chhatta at a cost of 120 million rupees.
The projects also include setting up of a civil dispensary at Moza Karoun in Tehsil Koh-e-Sulaiman at a cost of 10 million rupees; upgradation of BHU of Kharar Buzdar to Rural Health Center with 5.3 million rupees; construction of Sheranwala flyover Lahore with 4.5 billion rupees and construction of Shahkam Chowk flyover Lahore at a cost of 3.80 billion rupees among others.
