The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Turk has said the killings of medical personnel and humanitarian aid workers in Gaza raise concerns over the commission of war crimes by the Israeli military.

He was Speaking at an emergency session of Security Council to discuss the escalating Israeli attacks in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.

He said blockade of Gaza by Israel is tantamount to use of starvation as tool of war.
