Russia today repelled two Ukrainian attacks on a naval base and the northern area of Crimea.

Russian Defence Ministry said its forces foiled a Ukraine attack on the naval base in Novorossiisk and destroyed the unmanned armed boats without suffering any damage or casualties.

It said Russian air defence systems also thwarted an attack on Crimea by 13 Ukrainian drones today.
