Pakistan Cricket Board has appointed former test captain Misbah-ul-Haq as head coach as well as the chief selector of the national cricket team under a three-year contract.
The PCB Chairman, Ehsan Mani approved his appointment with the recommendation of a 5-member panel.
Similarly, the PCB also appointed former test cricketer and pace bowler Waqar Younis as bowling coach of the team.
Both will undertake their first assignment during a series against Sri Lanka starting from the 27th of September.
