The All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) has stated that it is the responsibility of the United Nations to initiate the process to get implemented its resolutions regarding Kashmiris' right to self-determination.

Spokesman of APHC, Advocate Abdur Rahid Minhas, Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir is recognized international dispute under the UN Security Council resolutions.

He said APHC leadership is the real representative of the oppressed people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir to raise the demand for the exercise of plebiscite as per UN resolutions.
