National Coordinator of the National Counter Terrorism Authority Ihsan Ghani says Pakistani society is a pluralistic and diversified society and all minorities in the country enjoy their religious practices freely.
He was addressing international conference on "Citizens Roundtable Charting Pathways for Pluralism" in Islamabad on Friday evening.
The NACTA Coordinator called for engaging youth in positive activities to check terrorism.
He said NACTA has launched a youth programme to minimize extremism from society.
MNA Romina Alam Khan said every citizen of Pakistan has equal rights to speak and exercise his religious practices.
Speaking on the occasion, European Union Ambassador to Pakistan Jean Francois Cautain said trust deficit among people should be addressed through talks.
