UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs has issued an alert after demolitions of Palestinian-owned properties by Israeli military in the West Bank.

In a statement today, the Office said destruction of homes and properties which are sources of livelihood contribute to displacement of  people from their areas of residence.

According to the OCHA, 10,794 Palestinian-owned structures have been demolished across the occupied West Bank by Israeli authorities so far, leading to displacement of 16,377 people.

The alert came after latest report of bulldozing of a Palestinian-owned agricultural land by Isreali forces and infrastructure in the illegally occupied West Bank.
