Minister of State for Anti-Narcotics Shehryar Afridi has said multi-dimensional measures are being taken to root out narcotics in the country.            

Presiding over a meeting in Islamabad, he directed the departments concerned to make coordinated efforts to curb this menace.

The State Minister asked the police and other law enforcement agencies to hold seminars and other programmes to raise awareness against narcotics in the society.
