Addressing the 14th International Public Health Conference 2024, organized by the Health Services Academy in Islamabad, he stated that equipping healthcare professionals with the right skills and resources is crucial for the strength and resilience of a nation.

He stressed that skilled and well-trained professionals are key to creating the conditions that enable people to lead healthier lives.

The Acting President mentioned that the Senate of Pakistan prioritizes discussion on legislation, policies and initiatives that foster an enabling environment for health institutions.
