The Organization of Islamic Cooperation has expressed solidarity with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir in their quest for the right to self-determination.

The General Secretariat of the OIC, in a statement, has reiterated its call to revoke all illegal measures initiated on August 5, 2019, which aimed to change the demographic structure of the disputed territory.

Referring to the decisions and resolutions of the Islamic Summit and the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers on Jammu and Kashmir, the statement again called on the international community to enhance its efforts to resolve the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in accordance with the relevant UN Security Council resolutions.
