Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has said that the Punjab government is determined to build five hundred thousand houses in five years for deserving individuals.

Chairing a special meeting to review the three Marla free plot scheme in Lahore, she expressed her commitment for provision of shelter to homeless people of the province.

Earlier, DG Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency briefed the Chief Minister that over nine thousand six hundred houses are nearing completion across Punjab under the ‘Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar’ program.
