Secretary Health Punjab Ali Jan Khan has said that dengue was confirmed in 150 new patients across the province during the last 24 hours, and total confirmed cases have risen to 5149.

The secretary said 2022 confirmed cases of dengue were reported in Lahore this year, while 69 new patients were reported in the city yesterday.

Ali Jan Khan said at present, a total of 138 dengue patients are under treatment in hospitals across Punjab, whose condition is satisfactory.

He urged the citizens to keep their environment clean and dry to avoid dengue.
