In Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the main public gathering in connection with the Jammu Martyr's Day was held at the state capital Muzaffarabad, wherein AJK Prime Minister Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi was the chief guest.
In his address, the AJK Prime Minister paid rich tributes to the Jammu and other Kashmiri martyrs who rendered matchless sacrifices for their inalienable right to self-determination.
He said the punishment meted out to the Jammu Martyrs for the crime of their quest for freedom continues unabated in the Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi said Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan is truly representing the aspirations of Kashmiris and pleading their cause at international level.
He vowed that the people of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir will continue to extend their political, diplomatic, and moral support to their brothers and sisters of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir in their just struggle for the right to self-determination.
At the end a rally was also taken out under the aegis of the Kashmir Liberation Cell.
