Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari has said that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is working tirelessly for the progress of the province.

Addressing a news conference in Lahore today, she said that a large number of initiatives have been launched for the welfare of people.

Azma Bukhari said that Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz will inaugurate the Horse and Cattle Show in Lahore after a long gap of 30 years.

She said that Honhaar Scholarships will also be provided to other provinces including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

She said that under the Nigeban Ramadan Package, a pay order worth ten thousand rupees will be provided to the deserving families at their doorsteps for which registration process will continue till 15th of this month.

Punjab Information Minister said that a grand sports event ICC Champions Trophy being held in Punjab for which foolproof security cover will be provided.
