In Ukraine, 30 people were killed and more than 100 injured in a Russian attack on a railway station in eastern part of the country.

According to Ukrainian Railways, two rockets hit a station in Kramatorsk, a city in the Donetsk region, where scores of people were waiting to be evacuated to safer areas.

Meanwhile, EU Foreign Policy Chief, Josep Borrell and European Council President Charles Michel have condemned the attack.
