Iran and Turkiye have called for Muslim unity and urged for an emergency meeting of OIC to counter the notorious acts of Israeli government.
In a phone conversation, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Iranian counterpart Ebrahim Raisi discussed the escalation of tensions following Israeli raids on the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Both leaders agreed on need for greater proximity among Islamic countries in the framework of the OIC to counter the aggressions of the Zionist regime.
