A declamation contest, in connection with 2nd anniversary of Burhan Wani, was held at city campus of University of AJK.

The contest was titled “Human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir and role of International community“ 

It was arranged by Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell.

Addressing the function, AJK Minister for social welfare and chairperson National Function Committee Muhtarma Noreen Arif lauded role of Pakistan for raising the issue of Kashmir at every international forum in line with aspirations of Kashmiris.

She said politically stable Pakistan could vociferously plead our cause of Kashmir. S

he said Burhan Muzaffar Wani’s and blood of other martyrs will ultimately bring fruitful results of independence.

She and other speakers deplored the criminal silence of International community over grave human rights violations by Indian troops in the Occupied Kashmir.
