Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is working actively to address the challenges of refineries.

The SIFC has directed Petroleum Division for refinery upgradation project.

A plan to establish a hydrocracker unit is under consideration to convert PARCO furnace oil into petrol and diesel. One billion dollar investment in the hydrocracker unit will strengthen the energy sector.
