After successful completion of first phase of Punjab Dhee Rani Program, the registration for second phase containing1500 mass weddings has begun. 

Applications can be submitted on the online portal cmp.punjab.gov.pk. either by hand or at the office of the Deputy Director Social Welfare of the district concerned. A Helpline 1312 has already been setup for providing guidance regarding this program.

Under the program, the Punjab Government will provide meal for bride and bride groom and their close relatives. The newly wed couples will also get a Salaami worth one hundred thousand rupees through ATM card, besides gift of necessary furniture and clothes.

In this regard, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said realizing the issues of deserving and deprived segments of society is responsibility of government.
