President Pakistan peoples party Sindh Nisar Ahmed Khuhro has been declared as winner on the general seat of senate from Sindh that fell vacant due to disqualification of Faisal Vawda.

According to unofficial results Nisar Ahmed Khuhro secured 99 votes of the total cast 101 votes in the house of 168 members. Two votes were rejected.

Talking to media men along with Nisar Ahmed Khuhro Sindh chief minister Syed Murad Ali Shah congratulated party leadership on the senate seat.
