Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb says attack on Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal is a reminder that we should evolve consensus on a code not to do politics on certain issues.

Talking to media after inquiring about the health of the Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal at Services Hospital in Lahore on Wednesday, she said such a consensus would help avert such tragedies.

She said Ahsan Iqbal always talked about the development of the nation and country. She said the Interior Minister is getting better after surgery.
