The US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi at a bilateral face to face meeting in Indonesia have discussed issues between the two countries.

On the sidelines of G20 meeting, they met today for the first time in-person since October last year.

Talking to reporters, Blinken said there is no substitute for face to face diplomacy and we very much look forward to a productive and constructive conversation.
