Strongly reacting to the heckling of lone Hijab-wearing Muslim girl by Hindu extremists in India's Karnataka state, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi has said it is a woman's right to decide what she wants to wear.

In a tweet, Priyanka Gandhi asserted that this right is guaranteed by the Constitution of India.

Meanwhile, former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav has warned that India is heading towards a civil war under Bharatiya Janata Party-led government.

He blamed BJP for the communal tensions between religious groups.
