The United States has opposed forcing Palestinians from Gaza.

This was stated by Secretary of State Antony Blinken in a telephone call to his Egyptian counterpart.

Blinken reaffirmed President Biden’s clear position that the United States does not support a major military operation in Rafah and rejected any forced displacement of Palestinians from Gaza.
