United States President Jeo Biden says his country does not want tensions with Russia.

Addressing US Air Force personnel and their families in Sufflok, he said rather it desires stable and predictable relations with Moscow.

He said Washington will cooperate with Europe to overcome toughest problems and issues that are the most important for their future.
