Human Rights Watch (HRW) has slammed Israeli Defence Minister's call for the imposition of a total siege of on Gaza, including cutting off food, fuel and electricity.

In a statement, Director Human Rights Watch for Israel and Palestine Omar Shakir said depriving the population in occupied territory of food and electricity is a war crime.

He urged International Criminal Court to take note of Israel call to commit a war crime.
